Exchange & Refund Policy
  • Goods bought from my9eleven.com may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase as long as the product to be exchanged is accompanied by the original invoice, original barcode, original packing & accessories if any.
  • Credit note will be issued to the customer account which must be redeemed to the full value. No cash refund will be possible. This credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on shopping on my9eleven.comor on the situated address of 9Eleven My Family Mart.
  • Products that cannot be exchanged are :
    • Undergarment and Personal care products for the reason of health & hygiene.
    • Damaged, altered, used or discounted and merchandise bought & promotions.
  • This Exchange Policy is subjected to the applicable terms & conditions, which may vary from time to time .In case of any dispute, the vision of the management regarding the change of the product is final and binding. All dispute are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Prayagraj (Allahabad)
